Dorothy McKinney

CEO

Dorothy McKinney is passionate about creating environments where people and teams thrive. She is the Founder and Managing Director of the company and specialises in investigations, mediations and conflict resolution.

Her approach and style build positive relationships between managers and their teams, resolves situations and inspires people to think in new ways that will reduce conflict and increase productivity and wellbeing.

Angela Lydon

Managing Director

Angela Lydon with a wealth of experience in Client Delivery, Operations Management and the provision of HR at a senior level.

Angela is a collaborative and supportive professional committed to developing ethical partnerships that align and add value to business objectives.

Angela believes in a fair approach to all and acts with diplomacy in all circumstances. With a background in process improvement, planning and leading people of various levels, Angela brings strong multi-tasking and problem-solving capabilities.

Rona Loweth

Senior HR Delivery Partner

Rona Loweth has over 15 years’ experience gained in the marine, Oil and Gas and public sectors. Rona has valuable HR experience working with clients as a Business Partner delivering support in terms of employee relations, workforce restructuring programmes, compensation reviews, talent management and employee absence management and well-being.

Rona is passionate about supporting people in the workplace and takes pride in delivering a quality service to clients.

Joanna Park

Marketing and Business Support Executive

Joanna Park has extensive experience in business and legal administration in a range of sectors in the UK and Poland. She has a BA Hons degree in Law and Administration and a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management.
Joanna provides business support to the team as well as managing our financial system. She is also helping to create marketing and social media campaigns and strategies.
Lyndsey McVey

Project Manager

Lyndsey comes from a business advisory background and has over 18 years of experience supporting people to start up their own businesses. Mainly working within the Third Sector, and latterly as a contractor for a DWP-run programme, Lyndsey returned to university to study HR Management to expand her skill set. She is therefore thrilled to be using her new knowledge to discuss businesses’ HR needs, complex or otherwise, as our Client Relationship Partner.

Lyndsey’s enthusiasm for business comes from coaching entrepreneurs through their journey, and then witnessing them realize their goals through their hard work and determination – no matter the barriers they encounter along the way.
