Comments

We use the Contact Form 7 plugin to manage contact form submissions on this websiteThe information is sent as email messages that are stored in the database of our hosting server for reference. Sign-up Form

We use the Convertkit plugin to manage sign-up form submissions on this website. Visitors subscribe to our mailing list by submitting their name and email address on the sign-up form and   ticking the opt-in box to receive our newsletter and occasional promotional information about our products and services. Information we collect automatically:

Log files/IP addresses

Dorothy McKinney Ltd places a great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. How long we retain your data

We retain contact form submissions for 6 months, Google Analytics data for 1 year and sign-up form data for as long as you are a subscriber to our mailing list.
